Airsoft Rules

Requesting a reservation for an event or party is simple. Just jump to the party zone to get started.

- FULL SEAL GOGGLES ONLY (NO Shooters, Shop or Mesh Goggles).

- FULL FACE PROTECTION for ages 10 to 18 (Paintball Style Mask), NO balaclava or shemagh exceptions.

- No Full Auto firing! This is a CQB environment (Semi-ONLY)

- Barrel Blockers are required for all weapons when in no-fire zones.

- All magazines MUST be REMOVED from weapons and weapons must be switched to "Safety" before entering no-fire zones.

- All AEG's MUST be transported to and from Airsoft arena in bag/case designed to carry it.

- Airsoft events work on the HONOR system and WILL FAIL WITHOUT HONOR. In order to keep the integrity of the game you MUST call your own hits. It is very difficult in the field and especially in a CQB environment to determine hits on opposing players. Due to this we ask you do NOT call opposing team players hit. Calling opposing players hit is poor sportsmanship and your side may be penalized if an event staff member witnesses the event. We do ask that you assist us in calling your own teammates hits. Remember that just because you "think" or "know" you hit someone does not mean that you actually did hit them.

- Any Players caught attempting to cheat will be addressed by the field staff and repeated non-hit calling may result in a player being ejected from the game WITHOUT refund and possibly barred from future events. Any players who attempts to steal, cause bodily harm or otherwise break the law will be referred to local law enforcement officers and barred from future events.

- Airsoft Events are GAMES and should be played as such. Rank structure created for these events are tools to provide structure for an enjoyable game. These are MilSim Events and subordinate players should observe and respect ranks and the event Chain of Command. The main purpose of these events is to HAVE FUN and it is up to everyone to ensure a SAFE environment for all.

- EVERYONE is required to maintain their own personal hydration. Water and other fluids will be on sale throughout the day.

- NO blind firing. You must be able to see with your own eyes where your gun is pointed (no using mirrors or devices to shoot around obstacles), gun mounted cameras are OK.

- At NO time should any player ever touch another player from an opposing team with his own person or any handheld object (e.g. no knife kills). Knives are NOT ALLOWED on the field, either real, plastic, training or fixed blades. Small foldable knives are allowed, but must be tucked away in their gear and not seen and may only be taken out in an emergency.

- Any issues of players not calling hits or any other issues that need to be addressed should be brought to the attention of the Event Staff. You should not engage in any argument or physical altercation with any other player. The Event Staff will handle ALL DISPUTES and the decision of the Event Staff is FINAL.

- Battlegroundz.net Field FPS Limits
REGULAR CHRONO: ALL weapons will be chronographed using 0.25 gram BB's.
Less than 330 fps = OPTIMUM LEGAL
330-340 fps = LEGAL WITH CAUTION
Over 341 fps = NOT ALLOWED, LIMIT EXCEEDED

- If a gun fires in the EXCEEDS LIMIT range, the Event Staff will immediately check the weapon. If the weapon duplicates exceeding the Limit FPS, the Airsoft weapon will not be tagged with the appropriate marking for the event indicating it as being allowed for use for that event.

- A gun that has exceeded the limits has three options: a. The player leaves the area with the Airsoft weapon. b. The player tunes the weapon to below Caution specs and re-chronos the gun. The Airsoft weapon is secured for the duration of the event.

- All Airsoft weapons are subject to staff spot checks throughout the event. Chronoing will be available from check-in until the start of the OP and will not be manned during the OP, but can be re-opened upon request. Any un-tagged guns found in the game are grounds for immediate disciplinary action.

- It is the player's responsibility to make sure his/her gun is properly inspected and tagged before the game. All Airsoft weapons including AEG's, SAW's, Sniper weapons, non-blowback pistols and all CO2 powered weapons MUST be chrono'd.
